My passion is to support and guide people in their development journey in
reaching their full potential. I strive to assist people to excel in their
prospective or chosen occupations and their unfolding career paths. I guide
people to overcome personal problems or obstacles in life and their
relationships.
My personal life and own career path have both been filled with exciting
expeditions in several industries, filled with both valuable opportunities and
steep learning curves. I have worked for blue-chip organisations; large,
medium and small businesses as well as for tertiary institutions. Although I
have experienced life to the fullest, I have lived with the ups and downs of
life and understand what challenges one face and what skills are needed to
remain and be a constructive member of society...
My work and life perspectives are based on a variety of experiences: as an
employee, manager, business owner and an ordinary human being who
must cope with changing, challenging and demanding environments both at
work and at home.
